The ground floor has direct access to the pool, garden and outside dining area. On the ground floor there is a big living room with an open fireplace and lounge area up the living room gallery.
Right next to the living room there is a dining area and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and utility room. On the other side of the entrance hall, you will find a twin bedroom (bed size 90x200cm) with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there are two more double bedrooms (bed size 160x200cm) with en-suite bathrooms.
From one of the rooms you can access the terrace overlooking the garden, to have a glass of wine or romantic breakfast for two. On the second floor there is a master bedroom (bed size 160x200cm) with large bathroom. It is suitable for either two toddlers or an adult. On the same floor there is also fifth charming bedroom for two (bed size 140x200cm), the bathroom is shared. These two bedrooms have been designed with special attention to details like stone walls, wooden ceiling and leather bed which all create a romantic atmosphere that will leave you breathless. All the bedrooms have LCD TV/SAT except the smallest one on the 2nd floor.

Additional information about rental rates:
• Changeover days from 23th May till 19th September 2026: only on Saturdays
• Changeover days from 15th May till 18th September 2027: only on Saturdays
• Min. stay: 7 nights
• A security deposit of 400 Euro is required on arrival which is to be returned on departure if there are no damages to the property other than the ones from normal usage.
• The weakly price includes: Accommodation for 7 nights, cleaning, laundry (once per week linen and towels), pool maintenance, garden maintenance, gas, water, electricity, tourist tax, tourist registration fee, firewood, a meet and greet.
• Pets: 16,00 € per night per pet (agreement with the owner is necessary).
Cancelation Policy and Refund:
• 100% if canceled 90 days prior to the Check-in Date
• 50% if canceled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
